GHM Music Group is a professional music education company based in Johannesburg, dedicated to delivering structured and inspiring music lessons to students of all ages.

Founded in 2013, GHM Music Group has grown into one of the most active private music education providers in the region. Our team of experienced instructors delivers hundreds of lessons every week across Johannesburg and Pretoria, helping students develop strong musical foundations, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Through personalised instruction and a structured teaching approach, we guide students from their very first lesson to advanced levels of musical development.

Our Story

GHM Music Group was founded with a simple vision: to make high-quality music education accessible, structured, and inspiring for students across Johannesburg.

What began as a small teaching initiative has grown into a thriving community of instructors and students. Today our team delivers more than 900 music lessons each week through in-home lessons, school partnerships, and online instruction.
We believe that music education should go beyond simply learning songs. True musical development requires structure, guidance, and consistent encouragement from experienced teachers.

Formal Music Education

Formal teaching for ABRSM, Trinity, LCM and UNISA with trained and qualified teachers. All ages and all levels are welcome to join and work towards International Accredited Grades.

Affordable Prices

We believe that everyone should have access to quality piano lessons, which is why we offer affordable prices. We have a variety of packages to choose from to fit any budget.
